About Grro

Grro is a business platform that connects businesses with freelance marketers across India. As we expand our operations across India and GCC countries, we are looking for a dedicated Sales Coordinator to streamline communication and coordinate sales activities between our teams, clients, and business partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily sales activities and follow-ups.
- Manage communication between sales executives, clients, and management.
- Track leads, meetings, proposals, and sales progress.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
- Schedule client calls, demos, and meetings.
- Support business onboarding and documentation processes.
- Ensure timely follow-up on inquiries and sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth sales operations.
- Prepare sales reports and performance updates.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.




- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi (Mandatory).
- Ability to communicate professionally with clients across India.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and CRM tools is preferred.
- Attention to detail and strong follow-up skills.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience in Sales Coordination, Customer Support, Telecalling, or Business Development.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and stakeholders efficiently.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced workplace.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
