Balrampur Multi-Speciality Hospital is seeking an experienced Head Nurse to lead and supervise the nursing team while ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will oversee nursing operations, maintain clinical standards, and promote a safe, patient-centered healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise nursing staff and coordinate daily nursing operations.
- Ensure high standards of patient care, infection prevention, and patient safety.
- Prepare duty rosters and monitor nursing documentation and compliance.
- Coordinate with doctors and multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective patient care.
- Support quality improvement initiatives and maintain hospital policies and protocols.




- Mentor and guide nursing staff to promote professional development.

Requirements

- GNM/B.Sc. Nursing/Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing.
- Valid State Nursing Council Registration.
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience.
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
