- Verify prescriptions for correctness, dosage, drug interactions, and contraindications.
- Ensure proper labeling and patient instructions.
- Educate patients on medication usage, dosage, storage, and possible side effects.
- Provide guidance on medication adherence and safety.
- Monitor stock levels and maintain adequate inventory.
- Check expiry dates regularly and ensure timely disposal of expired medicines.
- Coordinate procurement and stock replenishment.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable pharmacy laws and regulations.
- Maintain statutory records, registers, and licenses.
- Support audits and inspections by regulatory authorities.
- Maintain accurate dispensing records.
- Prepare daily, monthly,



and annual pharmacy reports.
- Record narcotic and controlled drug transactions as per regulations.
- Work closely with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare staff.
- Resolve medication-related queries from clinical departments.
- Ensure proper storage conditions for medicines.
- Follow hospital infection control and patient safety protocols.
- Report medication errors and adverse drug reactions promptly.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
