- Class Instruction & Sequencing: Design dynamic, well-paced yoga sequences suitable for different experience levels (e.g., Vinyasa, Hatha, Ashtanga). [1]
- Safety & Alignment: Visually assess students, provide verbal adjustments, and offer secure modifications or alternative poses for beginners, pregnant women, or those with injuries. [1, 2]
- Holistic Guidance: Instruct students on mindfulness, relaxation, and proper breathing techniques. [1, 2, 3, 4]
- Administrative Duties: Manage class attendance, maintain equipment, prepare the studio space, and engage with students before and after class to build community
