We are expanding and looking for passionate individuals to join our mission of transforming home healthcare delivery.

This is a full-time, on-field role based in Pune. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in driving corporate partnerships, institutional tie-ups, and B2B sales to grow HealYos’ presence in the healthcare market.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and engage corporate clients, doctors, and healthcare partners for potential collaborations

Build and maintain robust relationships with decision-makers in target organizations

Present HealYos services through meetings, pitches, and presentations

Work closely with the Business Development Manager to strategize and execute marketing campaigns

Meet and exceed sales targets while expanding HealYos’ patient base

Track and manage leads,



proposals, and contracts to ensure smooth deal closure

Provide market insights and feedback to improve offerings and patient satisfaction

Qualifications & Skills

✔ Proven experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development (Healthcare industry experience is a plus)

✔ Strong networking, negotiation, and closing skills

✔ Excellent communication and presentation abilities

✔ Ability to identify, pitch, and pursue new business opportunities

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
