TPA EXECUTIVE / INSURANCE CLAIMS EXECUTIVE

Location: Saraswati Hospital, Khazoori Khas, North East Delhi

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on Experience)

About MedSure Claim Solutions

MedSure Claim Solutions provides end-to-end Private Health Insurance and Government Health Scheme claim management services to hospitals. We handle the complete claim lifecycle including patient verification, registration, pre-authorization, enhancement, discharge, final claim submission, query handling, and claim settlement.

We are currently providing services to multiple hospitals across Delhi and nearby states for both Private Insurance and Ayushman Bharat (PM-JAY) claim processing.

Job Responsibilities

- Handle Cashless and Reimbursement Insurance Claims.
- Process Pre-Authorization, Enhancement, Discharge, and Final Claim submissions.
- Manage Ayushman Bharat (PM-JAY) and Private Health Insurance claims.
- Collect, verify, scan, and upload all required patient documents.
- Submit complete documentation for Pre-Authorization, Discharge, and Final Claim processing.
- Coordinate with Insurance Companies, TPAs, doctors, billing, and hospital staff for timely approvals and settlements.
- Respond to insurer and TPA queries with proper documentation.
- Click and upload Ayushman Bharat (PM-JAY) beneficiary photographs whenever required as per scheme guidelines.




- Maintain complete claim records and ensure accurate documentation with timely claim submission.

Eligibility & Experience

- 1–3 years of experience in Hospital TPA / Insurance Claim Processing.
- Experience in handling Cashless and Reimbursement Claims.
- Knowledge of Ayushman Bharat (PM-JAY) claim processing.
- Experience in Pre-Auth, Enhancement, Discharge, Final Claim Submission, Query Handling, and Claim Settlement.
- Good computer knowledge and communication skills.
