Job Description We are looking for a passionate and target-driven Business Development Executive to drive B2B sales for our eLearning, digital learning, content development, and AI-powered learning solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience in selling B2B services and building relationships with corporate clients, EdTech companies, publishers, universities, and training organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
Identify and connect with decision-makers such as L&D; Heads, HR Leaders, CXOs, Training Managers, Founders, and Procurement teams.
Understand client learning and training requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Present company capabilities and conduct client meetings (virtual and in-person).
Prepare proposals, commercial quotations, and negotiate contracts.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business.




Collaborate with internal content, instructional design, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Maintain an updated sales pipeline and CRM.

Required Skills:

2-6 years of Solid B2B sales and business development experience.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience selling service-based solutions is preferred.
Experience in consultative selling.
Ability to generate leads independently.
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
Comfortable with cold calling and client meetings.
Proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
Self-driven and target-oriented.
