Key Responsibilities





- Collaborate directly with the CTO and founders to redefine the online home exploration experience.

- Design intuitive and engaging customer-facing web and mobile experiences.

- Build and enhance internal tools that improve SOPs, analytics, decision-making, and coordination across business, operations, and channel partner teams.

- Design and improve TruIQ, Truva's next-generation real estate intelligence platform.

- Work closely with engineers and business stakeholders to translate requirements into impactful user experiences.

- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

Ensure consistency, usability, and aesthetic excellence across all products.

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience designing user interfaces for customer-facing products and/or internal enterprise tools.

- Strong proficiency in Figma and/or Sketch.

- Experience designing for both Web and Mobile Web/App platforms.

- Excellent collaboration and communication skills with engineers, product teams, and business leaders.

- Strong understanding of usability, user-centered design, and visual design principles.

- Ability to balance functionality with aesthetically pleasing designs.

- Passion for creating experiences that significantly improve upon existing industry standards.
