Key Responsibilities

1. Client Onboarding & Relationship Management

- Manage end-to-end accommodation onboarding for students and professionals.

- Guide clients on property options, rental terms, documentation, deposits, and move-in processes.

- Coordinate with counselling and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

2. Property & Listing Management

- Onboard property partners, landlords, and housing providers.

- Maintain accurate property listings, pricing, availability, and inventory.

- Regularly audit listings to ensure accuracy and compliance.

3. Documentation & Compliance

- Manage rental agreements, booking confirmations, deposits, and refund policies.

- Ensure documentation complies with international accommodation standards.

- Maintain accurate records and coordinate with legal/compliance teams when required.

4. Sales & Revenue Growth

- Drive accommodation sales for students and working professionals.

- Develop pricing strategies, commission structures, and revenue plans.

- Collaborate with counselling and business development teams to improve conversions and upsell services.

- Monitor sales performance and achieve monthly targets.

Market Knowledge & Process Improvement

- Stay updated on global accommodation trends, platform operations, and property verification processes.

- Recommend process improvements and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

- 7-8 years of experience in international accommodation, student housing, or a related industry.

- Hands-on experience in client onboarding, property onboarding, and listing management.

- Solid knowledge of rental agreements, housing documentation, and compliance.

- Proven ability to drive sales, manage conversion funnels, and achieve targets.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Self-driven with the ability to independently manage and grow the accommodation vertical.

Preferred Background

- Experience working with student housing or global accommodation platforms.

- Exposure to international markets such as the UK, Germany, Australia, Canada, or Europe.

- Prior experience assisting international students or expatriates is an added advantage.
