Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead business growth across Karnataka. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in HVAC, Capital Goods, Pumps, Heat Exchangers, Cooling Towers, or Industrial Equipment with proven experience in driving sales, managing teams, and building customer relationships.

Requirements

Required Skills

✔ 5–10 years of sales experience in Industrial Products or Capital Equipment.

✔ 3–5 years of experience leading sales teams.

✔ Strong experience in HVAC, Capital Goods, Pumps, Heat Exchangers, Cooling Towers,



or Industrial Equipment.

✔ Proven track record of achieving sales and business growth targets.

✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

✔ Strong presentation, networking, and selling skills.

✔ Willingness to travel across Karnataka as required.

Educational Qualification

? Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (MBA is an added advantage).
