Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Payroll Solution Architect to lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Payroll solutions. The role involves end-to-end solution architecture, payroll configuration, retro processing, costing, reporting, technical documentation, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Oracle HCM Payroll solution design and architecture.

- Configure Payroll Costing, Eligibility, User Defined Tables, Balance Initialization, Balance Creation, and Payroll Relationships.

- Design and optimize Fast Formulae, Retro Processing, Calculation Value Derivation, Object Groups, and Status Processing Rules.

- Configure OPTE Address Change Notifications, Reporting, and Approval enhancements.

- Support HCM Data Loader (HDL) for payroll element uploads.

- Develop Payroll Costing, Retro, and Address-related workstreams.

- Create and customize payroll reports, dashboards, notifications, alerts, and pay slip templates.

- Prepare functional and technical design documentation.

- Perform configuration, build, testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities.

- Develop and execute test scripts and produce test execution reports.

- Lead cutover planning, Hypercare, and post-production support.





- Deliver final functional and technical project artefacts.

- Payroll Balances

- Payroll Relationships

- User Defined Tables (UDTs)

- HCM Data Loader (HDL)

- Payroll Reporting and Dashboards

- Payroll Notifications and Approvals

- Experience with end-to-end Oracle HCM implementation lifecycle.

- Strong documentation, stakeholder management, and solution design skills.
