Job Summary
Curiousozzy Edtech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and experienced Social Media Marketing Executive to manage and grow our digital presence across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the EdTech industry and a strong understanding of social media marketing, digital marketing, content creation, and organic growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content.
Create high-quality Reels, YouTube Shorts, videos, graphics, carousels, and stories.
Write compelling captions, hashtags, and promotional content.
Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar.
Monitor social media trends and create timely, engaging content.
Edit videos using tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar software.
Design creatives using Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools.
Increase organic reach, engagement, followers, and brand awareness.
Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments and messages professionally.
Track performance using social media analytics and prepare monthly reports.




Coordinate with internal teams to promote courses, workshops, webinars, and educational campaigns.
Conduct competitor research and recommend strategies for continuous growth.
Ensure consistent branding across all social media platforms.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, Journalism, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing.
Previous experience working with an EdTech company is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
Experience creating engaging reels and short-form video content.
Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
