Qualification: Diploma in Material Management or equivalent qualification

Job Responsibilities

- Coordinate with the PPC (Production Planning & Control) department to ensure smooth material flow.
- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and manufacturing slips as per customer schedules.
- Raise material requisitions based on production requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors and follow up for timely material delivery.
- Work closely with the Incoming Quality Inspection team to ensure received materials meet quality standards.
- Coordinate with the Purchase Department for timely issuance of Purchase Orders.
- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory transactions.




- Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimum stock availability.
- Handle inward and outward material movements efficiently.
- Ensure proper storage and housekeeping of materials in the store.
- Prepare inventory reports and assist in periodic stock audits.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Experience in Store Operations within a Manufacturing/Automobile Industry.
- Positive knowledge of inventory management and material handling.
- Familiarity with ERP/Inventory Management Software will be an advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
