We're Hiring | Senior Social Media Manager (Organic Growth Specialist)

Artificilux VN Pvt Ltd is looking for a Senior Social Media Manager who is an Organic Growth Specialist, not just a content scheduler. We're looking for someone who can strategically grow our clients' Instagram, YouTube, FB, LinkedIn & X (Twitter) accounts through content, strategy, analytics, and platform expertise—without relying on paid ads.

Position:- Senior Social Media Manager (Organic Growth Specialist)

Employment Type - Full-Time (Onsite/Hybrid)

Location- South Delhi (Yellow Line Metro)

Experience - 2–5 Years

Compensation - ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Final compensation will depend on your experience, portfolio, case studies, technical assessment, and interview performance.)

Key Responsibilities

- Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Build platform-specific growth strategies for Instagram, YouTube, FB, LinkedIn & X.
- Drive organic growth through content strategy, audience psychology, and analytics.
- Plan monthly content calendars and content distribution.
- Develop viral content ideas, solid hooks, and content frameworks.
- Execute YouTube SEO (Titles, Descriptions, Keywords, CTR, Watch Time & Audience Retention).
- Optimize Instagram growth using Reels, Stories, Carousels, and the latest algorithm updates.
- Build LinkedIn personal branding strategies for founders and professionals.
- Monitor analytics and prepare actionable growth reports.
- Coordinate with Video Editors, Graphic Designers, Content Writers, and Clients.
- Lead client meetings and ensure timely execution of strategies.

Preferred Candidate - We're looking for a Growth Specialist, not a generic Social Media Manager. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of growing Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn & X accounts organically without paid ads. They should be capable of handling multiple client accounts while building platform-specific strategies that deliver measurable growth.

Strong expertise in YouTube SEO, viral hook creation, content strategy, audience psychology, Instagram algorithms, analytics, AI tools, and content production workflows is essential.

The candidate should stay updated with the latest platform trends and AI advancements, communicate fluently in English,



confidently handle clients, lead internal teams, and take complete ownership of client growth.

Bonus if you have:

- Case studies with measurable organic growth
- Experience managing creators, podcasts, and personal brands
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Experience using AI tools for content research, strategy, and optimization
