Job Role and Responsibilities

- The Senior Manager is responsible for the strategic oversight of multiple audits and the development of the audit team by:
- Manage the Audits / Assignments allotted end to end (Audit planning till Audit Committee presentation), includes preparation of Reports & Documentation (during as well as after the end of audit)
- Liaison with clients (individuals or businesses) & Partner; and deal with Senior Management i.e. MD, VPs etc. directly
- Ensuring value addition to the client and excellence in every assignment/ area / audit will be the primary expectation
- Build a healthy relationship with clients and PGB LLP colleagues.
- Maintain requisite working papers, evidences and audit trackers as per firm audit documentation protocols and practices




- Keep your knowledge up to date at all times and conduct Seminars / Trainings for Articles and Jr. Managers as and when required.Participate / assist in the firm level initiatives which may be assigned to you.
- Inform the Reporting Partner of all the critical/important issues regarding the clients you are managing.
- Inform the reporting partner of any new assignments or opportunities that you may come across in Clients you are auditing or at current / prospective clients.Stay beyond working hours whenever required due to exigencies of work and whenever called for.
- Ensure that all the assignments are within the ICAI’s Code of Ethics and the Firm’s Ethics/value framework.
