Key Accountabilities-
Compliance with Regulatory and internal investment requirements
Checking of compliance limits at the start of the day, during the day and at end of day
Monitoring of trades and dealing practices
Reports/Presentations -
Financial reportings (ULIP Disclosures)
Regulatory Reporting’s (IRDA, RBI, SEBI)
Group and Management reporting
Presentations for Board, Board Committees and Senior Management
Website disclosures (Assets held, fund performance, historical performance charts
Computing various portfolio returns
Reporting on movement of prices
Tracking the movement of securities between Approved and Other Investments
Coordinating with Statutory, Internal and Concurrent auditors -
On account of the function being highly significant and sensitive, audit takes place on a day-to-day basis
