Key Responsibilities
- Land Acquisition & Due Diligence: Lead legal checks, verify land titles, and inspect revenue records or encumbrances before buying property.
- Contract Management: Draft and negotiate Joint Venture (JV) agreements, Joint Development Agreements (JDA), and customer sale documents.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure full adherence to Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) rules, local municipal laws, and statutory approvals.
- Litigation Oversight: Manage civil, criminal, consumer, and arbitration cases across courts and tribunals.
- Strategic Advisory: Advise the board of directors on corporate structuring, risk mitigation, and high-stakes investments.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
