Work Resonsibilities

- Design and deliver engaging soft skills and behavioural training programmes tailored for managers in international organisations
- Identify training needs through TNI/TNA exercises in collaboration with department heads and HR
- Facilitate programmes on communication, teamwork, conflict resolution, time management, leadership readiness, and workplace etiquette
- Track training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and post-training impact measurement
- Conduct leadership coaching programs to help improve workplace impact for audiences that vary from freshers to managers
- Work closely with kids through personal and group courses through our brand CueKids
- Conduct train the trainer program for our franchise partners across the globe

What We Are Looking For





- 3–6 years of experience in behavioural/soft skills training not just teaching in schools
- Proven expertise in communication and/or behavioural training delivery
- Ability to connect with and engage diverse audiences and age groups
- Certification in training, organisational psychology, or coaching is a plus

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
