Job Summary

We are looking for passionate, disciplined, and knowledgeable Cricket Coaches who can develop players from grassroots to elite level. The ideal candidate should possess excellent technical knowledge, solid communication skills, and the ability to mentor young cricketers both on and off the field.

Key ResponsibilitiesCoaching & Player Development

- Deliver structured daily coaching sessions following the YSCA curriculum.
- Coach batting, bowling, fielding, wicketkeeping, fitness, and match awareness.
- Correct technical flaws through video analysis and one-on-one coaching.
- Build players' mental toughness, discipline, and match temperament.
- Prepare players for district, state, national, and professional cricket.

Match Management

- Coach during academy practice matches and tournaments.




- Assist with team selection based on performance.
- Conduct pre-match planning and post-match reviews.
- Provide individual feedback after every match.

Player Monitoring

- Track each player's technical and physical development.
- Maintain performance reports and attendance records.
- Identify strengths, weaknesses, and improvement plans.
- Communicate progress regularly with parents and management.

Discipline & Culture

- Maintain high standards of professionalism and punctuality.
- Enforce academy rules and code of conduct.
- Create a positive, motivating, and disciplined training workplace.
- Lead by example on and off the field.

Administration

- Submit daily coaching reports.
- Assist with trial assessments and talent identification.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of academy equipment.
- Coordinate with fitness trainers and management.

Required Qualifications

- Former district, state, national, university, or professional cricketer preferred.
- BCCI, ICC, NIS, or equivalent coaching certification preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of cricket coaching experience (preferred).
- Strong understanding of modern cricket coaching methods.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Comfortable coaching players aged 6–23 years.

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
