We are looking for a Quality Inspector with expertise in aerospace precision components with experience of 1-3 years to make sure our products fulfill the highest performance and quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform quality inspections on precision components for aerospace applications.
- Execute visual inspections and measurements utilizing precision instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Guarantee compliance with quality standards, specifications, and regulatory mandates.
- Record inspection outcomes, instances of non-conformance, and corrective measures taken.
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality concerns and enhance manufacturing processes.
- Maintain and calibrate inspection tools and equipment as necessary.
- Provide reports on inspection activities and any discrepancies from established quality standards.
- Carry out first article inspections, in-process evaluations, and final inspections.
- Ensure adherence to AS 9100 and other pertinent quality management systems.
- Work closely with the engineering team to ensure that products meet design specifications
