The Role

You'll own FlytBase's entire web ecosystem—our marketing site, product pages, and landing experiences that drive enterprise drone deals. This isn't a traditional web dev role. You're building a up-to-date web platform that treats every page as a product, every component as reusable, and every deployment as an opportunity to learn. You'll ship landing pages in hours, not sprints. You'll use AI coding tools as naturally as you use Git. When a sales team needs a custom demo page for a Fortune 500 prospect, or when we're launching a new Physical AI capability, you'll turn strategy into live web experiences faster than our competitors can schedule their planning meetings.

What You'll Own

React/Next.js marketing site architecture that scales with our 300+ site deployments story Headless CMS strategy and implementation (Sanity/Contentful/Webflow) for non-technical team publishing AI-assisted development workflows that let you ship landing pages in hours, not days SEO infrastructure and performance optimization across all marketing touchpoints Component library and design system that keeps our web presence consistent as we scale A/B testing infrastructure for high-impact pages and conversion optimization Collaboration with Pillar leads to translate technical capabilities into compelling web experiences Mentoring our AI Website Builder Associate and building web development best practices Integration strategy with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms

Best Suited For

• 2+ years of hands-on experience building and shipping high-performance marketing websites for B2B SaaS companies (not agency or freelance work) • AI-first development mindset — tools like Cursor, v0, Bolt, and Claude Code are integral to your daily workflow, not experiments • Strong expertise in React / Next.js and Tailwind CSS, with a deep focus on performance, SEO, and scalability • Experience working with headless CMS and modern web architectures • Ability to translate high-level briefs into live, production-ready websites without relying on detailed design handoffs • Explicit understanding of enterprise B2B buyer journeys and how website experiences drive pipeline and revenue • Git-native workflow with familiarity in modern CI/CD and deployment pipelines • Bias for action — comfortable shipping fast, iterating rapidly, and improving continuously rather than waiting for perfection

Who You'll Work With

You'll report to our Associate Director of Marketing & Comms and work closely with our AI Website Builder Associate. You'll collaborate with Pillar leads across the company who need web support for their go-to-market efforts, plus our AEO & SEO Analyst to ensure everything you build drives organic growth.
