Key Responsibilities:

- The Team Lead Healthcare Operations is responsible for managing day to day healthcare operational activities leading a team to meet productivity quality and compliance standards and ensuring seamless delivery of healthcare processes in line with client and regulatory requirements

Technical Requirements:

- US Healthcare operations experience mandatory
- Solid people management experience
- Client interaction stakeholder management exposure
- Inventory work allocation management experience
- 5 Years of experience in US Healthcare and Excellent knowledge of US Healthcare claims COB Medicaid Enrollment expertise
- Should have sound knowledge in MS Tools for various report creation and possess analytical ability required to comprehend client and employee needs
- Proactively identifies opportunities to exceed goals and targets identify and communicate risks in meeting SLAs reporting requirements
- Monitors ensures process compliance for sharing updates and SOP changes in order to ensure adherence to process steps

Additional Responsibilities:

- Night Shift 6 30PM to 3 30AM
