- Welcome and counsel walk-in and referred patients in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Conduct detailed consultations to understand patient concerns, expectations, and treatment goals.
- Explain hair and skin treatment procedures, advantages, expected outcomes, timelines, and pricing.
- Recommend appropriate treatment plans in consultation with doctors and clinical staff.
- Convert consultations into treatment enrollments by building trust and addressing patient queries effectively.
- Follow up with prospective patients through phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other communication channels.
- Coordinate appointments, treatment schedules, and patient documentation.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
- Assist patients with payment plans,



package selection, and treatment documentation.
- Build long-term relationships with patients to encourage treatment completion and repeat visits.
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and front office staff to ensure seamless patient care.
- Achieve monthly consultation and revenue targets.
- Stay updated on the latest aesthetic treatments, products, and industry trends.
- Ensure compliance with clinic policies, ethical practices, and patient care standards.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
