Key Responsibilities :

- Plan, shoot, and edit engaging short-form video content for social media platforms such as Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook Reels.
- Capture high-quality videos of events, properties, products, food, guests, and promotional activities.
- Develop creative concepts, trending reel ideas, and storytelling formats to increase audience engagement.
- Handle camera equipment, lighting, audio, stabilization tools, and mobile videography setups effectively.
- Edit videos using skilled editing software and mobile applications with transitions, effects, captions, music, and color correction.
- Stay updated with current social media trends, viral audio, and content strategies.
- Coordinate with the marketing, sales, and social media teams for campaign execution.
- Ensure timely delivery of reels and promotional video content as per content calendars.
- Maintain brand consistency in visuals, tone,



and messaging across all content.
- Conduct on-site shoots for events, weddings, resort activities, influencer collaborations, and promotional campaigns.
- Manage raw footage, backups, and digital media files systematically.
- Assist in creating behind-the-scenes content, testimonials, and influencer/social media collaborations.
- Analyze reel performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and views to improve future content strategies.
- Travel to different shoot locations when required for content creation.
- Support photography and basic graphic content creation when needed.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
