Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs for digital and print media, developing social media creatives, maintaining brand consistency across all platforms, and supporting marketing initiatives through impactful design solutions that enhance customer engagement and brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

Visual & Brand Design:
Manage and enhance the brand’s visual identity across all platforms, ensuring consistency and high-quality design aligned with brand strategy.

Social Media & Digital Creatives:
Design engaging creatives for social media (posts, stories, reels, ads) and digital platforms. Adapt designs for different formats and coordinate with the marketing team for timely execution.

Marketing Collaterals & Print Design:
Create impactful marketing materials such as brochures, banners, presentations, and event creatives. Support campaigns, launches, and branding activities.

UI/UX Design:
Design user-friendly web and mobile interfaces, including wireframes and high-fidelity designs. Maintain design systems and ensure consistent user experience across digital platforms.

Collaboration:




Work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality designs, incorporate feedback, and meet deadlines.

Research & Improvement:
Stay updated with design trends, conduct basic research, and continuously improve creative quality and user experience.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Communication, or a related field preferred but not mandatory. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining quality and consistency

Proven 1 to 2 years experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong, relevant portfolio (mandatory)

Ability to design for both digital and print platforms

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, InDesign, Affinity Suite, and Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Power point and AI design tools is a plus

Creative problem-solving mindset with the ability to translate ideas into effective visuals

Fast, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a high-speed startup environment Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines consistently Valuable communication skills and openness to feedback and revisions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
