About the Role

Instrumentation & Control Solutions (ICS) is seeking a proactive and technically competent Technical Assistant . The ideal candidate will assist in the technical discussions, project coordination, documentation, and day-to-day engineering activities while supporting business and operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Assist in the technical and project-related activities.

✔ Prepare technical reports, presentations, proposals, and documentation.

✔ Coordinate with engineering, project, and sales teams for project execution and follow-ups.

✔ Review technical specifications, drawings, and project documents.

✔ Support project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking.

✔ Maintain project records, MOMs (Minutes of Meeting), and technical correspondence.

✔ Assist in technical discussions with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

✔ Perform research and analysis on Industrial Automation technologies and solutions.

Required Skills

Knowledge or exposure to PLC, SCADA, HMI,



Industrial Automation, Instrumentation, and Electrical systems.

Ability to understand technical drawings and engineering documents.

Good analytical, coordination, and documentation skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.

Ability to work independently while handling multiple priorities.

Qualification

Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics, or a related Engineering discipline.
