Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Stores In-charge to manage inventory, material receipts, dispatch activities, and store operations in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate should have experience in inventory management, documentation, and coordination with production and purchase teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage raw material and finished goods inventory.
- Maintain accurate stock records and update Inventory Management System (IMS)/ERP.
- Prepare and maintain Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), stock registers, and dispatch records.
- Perform daily inventory updates and periodic physical stock verification.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and identification of materials.
- Follow FIFO/FEFO inventory practices.
- Coordinate material receipt, issue, and dispatch activities.
- Verify quantities before dispatch and ensure timely deliveries.
- Monitor minimum stock levels and coordinate with the Purchase department.
- Prepare daily and monthly inventory reports.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety,



and proper organization of the store.

Qualifications

- Graduate or Diploma in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Stores, Warehouse, or Dispatch.
- Experience in a manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Experience in steel, engineering, welding electrodes, or industrial manufacturing will be an added advantage.
