- Manage the hospital's general ledger and ensure accurate financial records.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow.
- Reconcile bank accounts and other balance sheet accounts regularly.
- Oversee payroll accounting and ensure compliance with statutory deductions.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis for hospital departments.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and healthcare financial regulations.
- Coordinate internal and external audits and provide required documentation.
- Monitor patient billing, insurance claims, and revenue cycle accounting.
- Supervise junior accountants and finance staff, providing guidance and training.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and calculate depreciation.
- Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to improve cost efficiency.
- Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory returns (where applicable).
- Implement and maintain internal financial controls to prevent errors and fraud.
- Work closely with department heads to monitor expenses and optimize budgets.
- Support hospital management with financial planning and strategic decision-making.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial and patient-related information.
- Assist in the implementation and improvement of hospital accounting systems and ERP software.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
