We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, interacting with clients, conducting property site visits, and closing sales while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate current leads through calls, referrals, social media, and field activities.
- Understand customers' property requirements and provide suitable options.
- Schedule and conduct property site visits.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication.
- Negotiate deals and assist customers throughout the sales process.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions in the CRM.




- Stay updated on current real estate market trends and project details.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree (preferred).
- 0–3 years of experience in sales, real estate, or business development.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel for site visits.

Pay: ₹10,078.53 - ₹32,523.82 per month
