Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Middle School Coordinator to lead and manage the academic and administrative functions of the middle school section. The ideal candidate should possess robust leadership, classroom management, and communication skills, along with relevant teaching experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and supervise the academic activities of Grades 6–8.
- Monitor lesson planning, curriculum implementation, and classroom teaching.




- Mentor and support teachers to enhance instructional quality.
- Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure effective student discipline and overall well-being.
- Plan and organize examinations, assessments, and academic events.
- Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress.
- Collaborate with the Principal and other departments to achieve school goals.
- Ensure compliance with school policies and educational standards.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.

Qualifications

- Master's Degree in a relevant subject.
- B.Ed. is mandatory.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Middle School Coordinator or in a similar academic leadership role.
- Solid leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and school management systems is preferred.
