Position Overview:

We are looking for a Project Engineer with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the solar industry to oversee and manage solar installation projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in site supervision, project coordination, and quality control in solar EPC projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution

- Manage the complete execution of solar EPC projects from initiation to commissioning.
- Develop project schedules, ensure timely resource allocation, and coordinate with different teams.
- Oversee procurement, logistics, and installation to ensure seamless execution.

Site Supervision & Technical Oversight

- Conduct site visits, feasibility assessments, and system inspections.
- Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of solar PV systems.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

- Ensure projects adhere to industry regulations and company quality standards.
- Conduct inspections of electrical and structural installations.
- Maintain project documentation,



reports, and compliance records.

Stakeholder Coordination

- Communicate project progress, challenges, and milestones to management and clients.
- Liaise with vendors, contractors, and on-site teams for smooth execution.
- Train and guide site personnel to ensure project efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Education: Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in solar EPC projects (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, electrical layouts, and installation procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel for site supervision and project execution.
