Job Summary

Nyusoft Solutions is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Executive with hands-on experience working on Upwork. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inbound leads, maintaining client communication, following up with prospects, and driving opportunities for our Website Development and Mobile App Development services. Please note that this role is focused on lead management and client communication on Upwork. Bidding and proposal submission are not part of the responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and follow up with active leads and prospects generated through Upwork.
- Maintain ongoing communication with potential clients and ensure timely responses to inquiries.
- Track and update lead statuses including active, passive, on-hold, converted, and closed opportunities.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team to gather project-related information.
- Present and communicate our website and mobile app development capabilities effectively to prospects.
- Build strong relationships with potential clients through consistent follow-ups and professional communication.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations, requirements, and next action items.
- Submit structured end-of-day reports detailing follow-ups completed, responses received,



meetings scheduled, and deal progress.
- Ensure a positive client experience throughout the pre-sales engagement process.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year of active, hands-on experience working on Upwork (Mandatory).
- Practical experience in lead management, client communication, and follow-up activities on Upwork.
- Basic understanding of Website Development services including WordPress, custom web development, and related technologies.
- Basic understanding of Mobile Application Development services including iOS, Android, Flutter, or similar platforms.
- Excellent written English communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with international clients.
- Solid organizational and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple conversations and follow-ups simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and result-oriented approach.
