Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure smooth communication with customers. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and good at follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with sales team for daily updates
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp
- Follow up with clients for quotations and orders
- Maintain customer data in Excel or CRM
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and reports
- Track order status and coordinate with dispatch team
- Support sales team in achieving targets
Requirements
- Any Graduate (B.Com / BBA preferred)
- 2–3 years experience (Sales / Telecalling / Customer Support)
- Good communication skills (Tamil & English)
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in telecalling or inside sales
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Good customer handling skills
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
