We are seeking a welcoming and professional Hostess to join our resort team. The ideal candidate will greet guests warmly, assist with seating arrangements, manage reservations, and provide excellent customer service to ensure a memorable guest experience.

Responsibilities

- Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude
- Manage restaurant/lounge reservations and guest seating
- Assist guests with inquiries and direct them within the resort
- Coordinate with restaurant and front office staff for smooth operations
- Handle phone calls and booking inquiries politely
- Ensure guests feel comfortable and attended to at all times

Requirements

- Positive communication and interpersonal skills
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance
- Basic English communication skills required
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
