Kaafay is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Management Trainee to join our growing team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals who want hands-on experience in business operations, marketing, sales, and strategic planning within a fast-growing coffee brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day business operations across different departments.
- Support sales and marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate with vendors, distributors, and internal teams.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business documentation.
- Monitor inventory and operational processes.
- Help plan and execute promotional campaigns and events.
- Analyze business performance and suggest process improvements.
- Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure timely completion.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management,
or a related field (MBA/PGDM candidates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media.
- Basic understanding of sales and business development.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Positive attitude with a proactive approach to work.
