Datacubes Solutions is looking for a confident and knowledgeable Tally Faculty / College Trainer to deliver practical training programs in colleges. The candidate will be responsible for teaching students TallyPrime, accounting fundamentals, GST, and other job-oriented accounting skills through classroom and hands-on training sessions.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct Tally and Accounting training sessions in colleges.
- Travel to partner colleges and deliver classroom-based training.
- Teach students TallyPrime, accounting fundamentals, bookkeeping, and financial transactions.
- Provide practical training on GST, TDS, payroll, inventory management, and taxation basics.
- Explain concepts through real-time examples and practical business scenarios.
- Conduct practical exercises, assignments, and assessments.
- Clarify student doubts and provide individual guidance when required.
- Coordinate with college coordinators and maintain professional relationships.
- Complete the assigned training syllabus within the scheduled timeframe.
- Maintain student attendance, performance, and training records.
- Represent the organization professionally during college training programs.





Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of TallyPrime / Tally ERP and accounting.
- Good understanding of GST and basic taxation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle and engage large groups of college students.
- Willingness to travel to colleges for training programs.
- Positive classroom management and teaching skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel is an added advantage.

Qualifications

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
- Tally certification is an added advantage.
- Prior teaching, training, or accounting experience is preferred.
- Freshers with strong knowledge of Tally and good communication skills may also apply.

Experience: 0–3 years

Work Location: College-based / On-site
Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹15,000 per month, based on skills and experience

Note: The candidate should be willing to travel to colleges and conduct training sessions as required.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
