Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and passionate English teacher who can teach school students from Grades 1 to 10. The teacher should have strong command over English grammar, spoken English, reading, writing, and communication skills. The candidate must be able to conduct engaging live classes, prepare quality content, and help students improve their confidence in English.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct live English classes for students from Grades 1 to 10.
- Teach English grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, writing skills and spoken English.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments and class materials.
- Make classes interactive, student-friendly and result-oriented.
- Help students improve pronunciation, fluency and communication confidence.
- Conduct regular tests, quizzes and speaking activities.
- Track student performance and provide improvement feedback.
- Support demo classes when required.
- Coordinate with the academic team, mentors and parents when needed.
- Maintain professional teaching standards, proper dress code and clean class background.
- Attend teacher training,



mock sessions and internal academic reviews.
- Ensure every class has a clear objective, proper structure and learning outcome.

Required Skills

- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of English grammar and school-level English curriculum.
- Good classroom management skills.
- Ability to explain concepts clearly and patiently.
- Comfortable with online teaching platforms and digital tools.
- Creative approach to teaching through activities, examples and practice sessions.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.

Qualification

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, education, or a related field.
- B.Ed. preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum 2-4 years of teaching experience preferred.
- Experience in online teaching or EdTech is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
