Job Summary
Chozha Real Estate is looking for an experienced and confident Telecaller Executive to join our growing team in Trichy. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in handling customer calls, lead follow-ups, and the ability to convert inquiries into site visits and potential sales.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Explain real estate projects, plots, pricing, and offers clearly
- Follow up with leads generated through ads and marketing campaigns
- Schedule customer site visits and coordinate with the sales team
- Maintain customer data and call records properly
- Build good relationships with potential clients
- Achieve daily and monthly follow-up targets
- Respond to customer queries politely and effectively
Requirements
- Minimum 1+ years of telecalling/customer handling experience
- Real estate experience is preferred
- Good communication skills in Tamil
- Basic English communication is an added advantage
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM handling preferred
- Positive attitude and team-working ability

Salary Details
Starting salary from ₹12,500/month.
Salary will be negotiated based on experience, communication skills, and performance.
