Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for new mold development and maintenance of molds.
- Handle major repairs, refurbishment, and maintenance to ensure all machines are in proper working condition.
- Manage machine upgrades, automation projects, and technical improvements.
- Support, train, and guide shop floor engineers in mold and machine-related tasks.
- Ensure availability of molds and change parts on time to support production.
- Manage preventive, periodic, and unplanned maintenance activities.
- Maintain quality standards and monitor cycle time and machine performance efficiency.
- Reducing downtime caused by machine breakdowns.
- Conduct root cause analysis for issues and implement improvements.
- Optimize repair costs and outsourced mold service expenses.
- Provide technical input for development of spare parts and change parts.
- Address customer complaints related to molds and suggest technical solutions.
- Maintain critical spares, mold coding, storage, and proper retrieval systems.
- Maintain documentation related to tooling standards, mold history,



technical inputs, and repair costs.
- Manage 3P operations including production support, mold maintenance follow-ups, and raw material handling.
- Strong experience in Molds, Press Tools, and Die Making, including mold/tool design, concept, process, and assembly.
- Knowledge of Injection Molding, including plastic materials, processing, tool trials, and qualification.
