GOEEN Electric Vehicles Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive with hands-on experience in TDS, GST, Income Tax filing, statutory compliance, and accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of taxation, bookkeeping, financial reporting, and ERP/Tally software.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Prepare and record journal entries, payment vouchers, and receipts.
- Handle TDS calculation, deduction, deposit, return filing (Form 24Q/26Q), and issuance of TDS certificates.
- Prepare and file Income Tax Returns (ITR) and assist with tax assessments.
- Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, annual returns) and reconcile GST data.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial statements.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and statutory authorities.




- Ensure compliance with Income Tax, GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory regulations.
- Maintain proper accounting documentation and records.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of TDS provisions, Income Tax Act, GST, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in Income Tax Return (ITR) filing for individuals, firms, or companies.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and ERP software.
- Positive understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and maintain accuracy.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
