About the Role
Ryvanta is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our in-house design team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for aesthetics and be passionate about creating luxury visual experiences for clients in the wedding and event management industry. The role involves designing theme-based print collaterals, event branding, client presentations, marketing creatives, and social media content while maintaining premium design standards across all projects.
Key Responsibilities

- Theme-Based Print Design
- Develop creative print designs based on approved themes, concepts, and client briefs.
- Design and customize event stationery including invitations, menus, place cards, table numbers, itineraries, welcome notes, thank-you cards, envelope liners, bar menus, and other event collaterals.
- Ensure every print element complements the overall décor concept and maintains a consistent visual identity throughout the event.
- Coordinate with design and execution teams to translate décor themes into cohesive print and branding elements. Event Branding
- Design welcome boards, signages, seating charts, directional signage, stage branding, photo booth graphics, backdrop graphics, carpet prints, upholstery prints, and other event branding materials.
- Create customized branding concepts for destination weddings and luxury events.
- Ensure consistency across all branding touchpoints and event experiences. Social Media & Marketing




- Design creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Create reel covers, story templates, advertisements, brochures, recruitment creatives, and promotional materials.
- Design marketing collateral for exhibitions, campaigns, and company branding. Print Production
- Prepare print-ready artwork with accurate dimensions, bleed settings, colour specifications, and finishing guidelines.
- Coordinate with printing vendors to ensure timely and high-quality production.
- Conduct quality checks on all printed materials before dispatch and installation. On-Site Responsibilities
- Visit event venues whenever required to oversee the installation of branding and printed materials.
- Ensure all graphics are installed correctly and match the approved designs.
- Coordinate with execution teams to resolve any design-related issues during setup. General Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize the company's design assets, templates, fonts, and brand library.
- Stay updated with current design trends, typography, print techniques, and luxury branding aesthetics.
- Collaborate with Client Servicing, Marketing, Production, and Project teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.




- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional quality and attention to detail.
- Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Canva.
- Knowledge of print production processes and print-ready artwork.
- Strong conceptual thinking and ability to create theme-based visual identities.
- Excellent attention to detail and creativity.
- Good communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines. Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in weddings, luxury events, branding, hospitality, or event management.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, print design, stationery, event creatives, and digital marketing collateral.
- Passion for luxury design and storytelling through visuals.
- Willingness to travel for site visits and event execution whenever required.
- A proactive attitude and commitment to delivering high-quality work that meets client expectations and industry standards.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
