Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Bus & Truck Sales/ personal vehicle sales

Location: Kharagpur

We are hiring Field Sales Executives for bus and truck sales in Kharagpur.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote and sell buses and trucks to potential customers.

- Visit customers within the assigned territory.

- Generate leads and convert them into sales.

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

- Achieve monthly sales targets.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Training & Support

- Comprehensive product and sales training will be provided by the company.

- Continuous product and sales guidance from the company.

Job Details

- Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days a week)

- Field Area:



Candidates will be assigned locations within 5–10 km from their residence.

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass

- Maximum Age: 35 years

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Willingness to work in field sales.

Salary & Benefits

- Salary: Up to ₹20,000 in-hand (depending on interview performance and experience)
