Position: Continental Chef (Commis / CDP)

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Continental Chef to join our kitchen team for our restaurant reopening.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Prepare and cook Continental dishes as per standard recipes

✅ Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation are maintained consistently

✅ Prepare sauces, soups, salads, pasta, grilled items, and other Continental specialties

✅ Monitor stock levels and maintain proper food storage practices

✅ Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards

✅ Minimize food wastage and maintain kitchen cleanliness

✅ Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth operations

Requirements:





✔ Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Continental cuisine

✔ Knowledge of pasta, steaks, grills, sandwiches, burgers, salads, soups, and sauces

✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

✔ Good communication and teamwork skills

✔ Immediate joiners preferred

Job Details:

Salary: Negotiable based on experience
