Project Manager – Civil : Responsibilities

- Overall planning, execution, and completion of civil construction projects as per drawings, specifications, and timelines.
- Preparing project schedules, work programs, and monitoring progress to meet target dates.
- Coordination with clients, consultants, architects, and contractors for smooth project execution.
- Supervision of site activities including civil, structural, and finishing works.
- Ensuring quality control as per approved drawings, BOQ, and technical standards.
- Managing site engineers, supervisors, foremen, and labor teams.
- Monitoring material procurement, consumption, and inventory at site.
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards, statutory regulations, and company policies.
- Reviewing and certifying running bills, subcontractor bills,



and measurement books.
- Cost control, budget monitoring, and variance analysis to avoid cost overruns.
- Resolving site issues, technical challenges, and coordinating corrective actions.
- Conducting regular site meetings and preparing progress reports for management.
- Ensuring timely completion of milestones and handover of the project.
- Coordination for inspections, approvals, and snag-list closure.
- Maintaining proper documentation, drawings, and project records.
