Position: Business Development Executive (Exports & Government Business)

Role Overview:

- Client Acquisition and Business Development
- HNI Client Meetings and Relationship Management
- Corporate Client Visits and Presentations
- Export Sales and International Customer Coordination
- Export Shipment Planning and Follow-ups
- Coordination with Freight Forwarders, Shipping Lines & CHA
- Government (GeM) Tender Business Development Support
- Vendor Development and Strategic Sourcing
- Market Research and New Business Opportunities
- Preparing Quotations, Proposals & Business Reports
- Maintaining CRM and Client Follow-ups
- Achieving Monthly Sales & Business Development Targets

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct meetings with HNI clients, corporate customers and institutional buyers.
- Identify current business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Coordinate export shipments from order confirmation until successful delivery.
- Liaise with shipping lines, freight forwarders, customs agents and suppliers.




- Support export documentation and ensure timely execution of shipments.
- Represent Matrix Exports at exhibitions, networking events and client meetings.
- Assist in government procurement opportunities through GeM and tender participation.
- Prepare business proposals, quotations and pricing for customers.

Preferred Qualification:

- MBA / BBA / BBM / B.Com / M.Com / Any Graduate

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
