- Education: A diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading engineering drawings, utilizing surveying/measurement tools, and understanding modern construction methods.
- Soft Skills: Robust leadership, conflict resolution, and the ability to multitask effectively in high-pressure environments.
- Certifications: First aid, CPR, and relevant construction safety certifications are highly preferred.
- Site Supervision & Coordination: Direct daily construction activities, manage workflow, and coordinate between engineers, contractors, and laborers
