- Prepare detailed architectural working drawings in line with design intent and industry standards.
- Develop plans, elevations, sections, and construction details using CAD software.
- Prepare municipal, working, and presentation drawings as required.
- Ensure all drawings comply with UDCPR rules, local authority regulations, and approval norms.
- Perform FSI calculations, setback planning, parking layouts, and area statements as per UDCPR.
- Review and interpret architectural designs, specifications, and construction documents.
- Coordinate with architects, structural and MEP consultants to integrate all design inputs.
- Modify and update drawings throughout the project lifecycle as per site and approval changes.
- Assist in design development, space planning, and detailing.
- Work on approval drawings and manage submissions through PREDCR / online portals and offline procedures.
- Coordinate with clients, site engineers, contractors, and project teams for smooth execution.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree/Diploma in Architecture or Draftsmanship.
- Relevant experience in architectural drafting and/or design.
- Hands-on experience in working drawings, municipal submissions, and UDCPR compliance preferred.
- Experience with PREDCR / online approval systems will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
