Client Servicing Manager (3–5 Years Experience in ADVERTISING ,DIGITAL,CREATIVE Agency is must ) for Mumbai Office

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Client Servicing Manager with 3–5 years of experience in an Advertising, Creative, Branding, or Design Agency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams.
- Understand client requirements and translate them into clear creative and execution briefs.
- Coordinate with Creative, Design, Production, Digital, Media, and Strategy teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop impactful presentations, proposals, and pitch decks tailored to client objectives.
- Conduct market, consumer, competitor, and category research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Present campaign ideas, concepts, and strategic recommendations confidently to clients.




- Proactively pitch new campaign ideas, creative solutions, and business opportunities to existing clients to drive account growth.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, feedback, approvals, and deliverables.
- Build robust client relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Support recent business initiatives, agency pitches, and account expansion opportunities.
