Role Purpose

The Outward Manager shall be responsible for the complete outward process from the receipt of an approved order in the WMS until the shipment is correctly picked, segregated, quality checked, packed, manifested, dispatched, and handed over to the authorized courier, transporter, customer, or store representative.

The Outward Manager shall ensure complete synchronization between physical inventory movement and WMS transactions.

No order shall move physically without an approved WMS task. No shipment shall leave the warehouse without final verification, system closure, and authorized dispatch documents.

1. DAILY OUTWARD PLANNING Key Responsibilities

Check all approved orders in WMS at start of shift

Make daily outward plan for B2B, EBO, Franchise, MBO, D2C,



Marketplace & Stock Transfer orders

Allocate team for Picking, QC, Packing & Dispatch

Ensure picking and packing is done only against WMS task

Ensure 100% QC before packing

Ensure timely manifest, billing and handover to courier / transporter

Ensure real-time WMS entry for all outward movement

Maintain discipline, safety and cleanliness in outward area

Share daily dispatch report with Warehouse Manager

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
