We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting leads into successful enrollments, coordinating with students and technical teams, and ensuring a smooth project journey from inquiry to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and website inquiries
- Convert inquiries into successful registrations
- Counsel students and understand their project requirements
- Coordinate with technical experts and mentors
- Guide students through registration and onboarding processes
- Maintain student records and follow-up activities
- Address queries, escalations,



and feedback professionally
- Achieve monthly enrollment and conversion targets

Required Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building abilities
- Basic understanding of technical/academic projects
- Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
